The air in the car lights contains enough water vapor, a large temperature difference and a condensation core. The most important situation is that the car lights are in an environment with high humidity and high temperature, and the air humidity in the car lights is relatively high. When the ambient temperature decreases, if the water vapor in the car lights cannot flow and diffuse fully into the environment , Still maintain a high concentration, when the temperature of certain areas in the lamp is lower than the local critical temperature of water vapor, fogging will occur. The water vapor in the car lights comes from the water vapor contained in the air flowing into the surrounding environment of the car lights; a lot of heat is generated when the car lights are lit.

 

The temperature of the area where the light can be irradiated and the air can flow to is very high, but the area where the light cannot be irradiated in the car light, and the temperature of the area with poor air flow will be very low, which causes the uneven temperature distribution in the lamp, forming a larger Temperature difference: In the air inside the lamp cavity, the condensation core is relatively small, and the water vapor is not easy. Why can't ordinary desiccant solve the problem of car lights fogging?

1.
