Container Desiccant( a kind of moisture prevention) protect cargo by preventing condensation from occuring in the container. Container Desiccants are specially designed to protect cargo from moisture damage by preventing condensation in shipping containers (typically known as Cargo Sweat, Container Sweat, or Container Rain).
In the market, container desiccants exsit in different forms, shapes and size.
Formulations generally are silica gel, activated clay, high performance clay, and calcium chloride(liquid or gel type)
Sizes differs from 125g to 2000kg even 3.5kg per packet.
Container Desiccant also comes in shape of strip, pole, single bag(sac).
Absorption rate from 20%-350%
Container desiccant is the most effective solution to prevent loss caused by moisture.
