The term "unit" refers to the quantity of desiccant that can absorb 3 grams of water vapor at 20% relative humidity or 6 grams of water vapor at 40% relative humidity level. A "unit" of Clay is typically 33 grams, and a "unit" of Molucular Sieve or Silica Gel is normally 28 grams.
