1) Container Desiccant Pole CODB-9-10 series
Before loading, check whether the tightness of the container is good and check the content of the wooden floor.
Water quantity (required water content <18%), seal the ventilation holes near the container door with adhesive tape.
Open the plastic sealing bag of the drying rod and take out the drying rod.
Hang the drying rods/poles on the hanging rings on both sides of the container.
Cclose the container door quickly after loading.
2) Container Desiccant Strip 1.0kg CODC-91-10 series
Before loading, check whether the container is tight, check the moisture content of the wooden floor (required water content <18%), and seal the ventilation holes near the container door with adhesive tape.
Prepare the escalator, remove the plastic bag of the drying strip, and remove the drying strip.
Use the escalator to hang the drying strip on the hanging rings on both sides of the container (be sure to hang one on each side of the container door).
After loading, please close the container door quickly.
3) Container Desiccant Strp 1.4kg CODC-91-14 Series
1. Before loading, check whether the tightness of the container is good, check the moisture content of the wooden floor (required water content <18%), and seal the ventilation holes near the container door with adhesive tape.
2. Open the plastic bag of the drying strip and take out the drying strip.
3. Fix the hooks and lanyards on both ends of the drying bar to the hanging rings on both sides of the container, hang them on the top of the container, and try to flatten them.
4. After loading, please close the container door quickly.
Note: The top of the container should have a space of 20-30 cm after loading, which will help the moisture to be absorbed by the drying strip after evaporation.
